To take messages on telephone and maintain a telephone register, if any officer is transferred or minister quits the post, he should return furnishing material including telephone directory. He should also ensure dynamic STD lock when phone is not in use.
Trunk call booking, monitoring its account and follow-up of bill payment.
Arrange visitors meeting and being courteous to them.
